How do I access important conference information?

All important conference information can be accessed on Floortime.org. Alternatively, there will be a QR code on the back of your nametag that you can scan.

How do I sign in and out of the conference?

Access the sign in/out form through Floortime.org or through the QR codes provided at the conference. Sign in at the start of each day and sign out at day end, using the sign in/out codes from the provided flyers at the conference. Note: each sign in/out will have a distinct code.

How do I log into Floortime.org?

New users of Floortime.org should consult their conference confirmation email received upon registration for login details and guidance. Existing users should simply log in to their accounts. Technical Difficulties? Email help@icdl.com

How do I receive my refund?

Complete the refund request form that can be accessed on Floortime.org or through the QR codes provided at the conference.

How do I receive Continuing Education Credits?

Complete the CE reporting form and pay the $25 CE processing fee. The reporting form can be accessed on Floortime.org or through the QR codes provided at the conference.
