A course dropped in the first 4 weeks of the trimester will not appear on the academic transcript.

After the 4th week, the withdrawal will be posted as “W” (Withdrawal) on the academic transcript.  To receive a “W,” the student must withdraw before the date when final grades must be reported, or the student will receive a letter grade.

All tuition charges for courses from which the student withdraws are subject to the ICDL Graduate School Refund Policies.
