The Chair is responsible for overseeing the work of the ICDL Graduate School to assure long-term sustainability and academic excellence.

• The Associate Chair assist and represent the Chair in his absence.  Responsibilities include the coordination and supervision of the Dean of Academic Affairs and the Chief Operations Officer as well as facilitating communications among these officers, the Chair and the ICDL Advisory Board.

• The Dean of Academic Affairs oversees and is responsible and accountable for the academic affairs of the ICDL Graduate School.  Dr. Kalmanson will oversee academic programs, faculty affairs, and many academic support functions of the ICDL Graduate School.
