You can listen to the web radio shows by downloading it first to your computer, as an mp3 file. Please follow these steps:

• Identify the audio file of interest and right click the title
• Select "Save Target As"
• Choose the folder where you will save the file in your computer (one that you will remember and find!)
• Use a name to save the file that will help you to remember its content
• If you want to download the show into your iPod, copy and paste the file into your iTunes library.
• You can also burn a CD with one or more mp3 files and listen to them while driving or exercising!
• Or you can listen to the show directly from your computer...

We recommend that you download and save the file first in your computer because listening directly from the website might not work most of the times due to the size of the files.

We do ask you NOT to post the audio files in other websites without previous permission from ICDL. You are not permitted to sell these audio files or use them for any other purpose that is not personal learning.
